Description

The VersaPress is a patented and Made-in-USA* 20 ton shop press that can be customized to fit almost any shop’s demands. Featuring a 20-ton electric/hydraulic ram, this press can be run off a standalone 2HP pump, or you can use quick disconnect fittings to use the 2HP pump attached to your Rogue M600 series bender. Choose your control setup, base controls include auto-return feature, advanced controls include pressure control and provisions to add CNC press brake programming in the future, or start out with the full CNC setup that includes 25 programs for CNC press brake applications. Finally, choose whether you want to add on the press brake attachment and if you want our professional 5-way tooling (Press brake will ship before the end of 2024)

This press table adjusts down to nearly ground level, allowing you to fit nearly anything inside the press work area. The hydraulic cylinder can mount in the center (As shown in our video), but it can also mount left and right for more versatility when pressing.

This product ships unassembled via ground shipping. White glove assembly is available for an extra charge, assembled VersaPresses will be programmed out of the box for your first part (if ordered with CNC controls), and will ship via freight in a crate.

*MADE-IN-USA: We don’t claim this and just hope nobody asks us for details. These presses are designed, assembled, and tested in the USA. The entire frame is made from US-sourced steel plate, laser cut and CNC press brake formed right here in Oregon. The frame is then welded, machined, and powder coated here in Oregon as well. We machine and weld the stainless pins here. We build the entire wiring harness here in Oregon with made-in-the-USA UL listed 100% copper MTW wire. We can go on and on. We are passionate about true American manufacturing, and this is it! We import a few components, like the pedals (although the steel pedal base is made in the USA), some nuts and bolts (we use a US-military compliant mixed source that includes mostly import hardware and some US-made hardware), and some hydraulic components (less than 50% by weight of the hydraulics system). Most of our labels, stickers, and cardboad boxes are made in the USA as well, and our box suppliers are using US-made cardboard stock. We are ultra nosy and ask all our suppliers.
