The hole saw’s ranges from .75″-3.5″ diameter and 1.5″ to 4″ in depth. Also the  3-4″ depth saws come in TPI’s from 4-6 to 8-12.

3-4″ deep Hole saws designed and distributed in America for a wide range of applications. Made with M42 Cobalt Bi-metal Teeth to give your the most life out of your cutting tools. The body is made from high-strength steel with smaller cut out to prevent catching on your material.

The 3 to 4-inch deep hole saws have a 3/8th-inch thick base with plenty of thread engagement with our high-strength arbors. The base is CNC machined from high strength steel. This will prevent stripping of the threads and deformation of the base of your hole saw in the most demanding applications.

We developed absurdly strong arbors to hold up to the increased stresses from notching with 3-4″ deep hole saws. They are CNC machined in a single operation from proprietary ultra-high strength tool steel for an ultra-precise fit. Then heat treated to over 200,000 PSI of yield strength for the the highest possible load capacity. After heat treatment, these parts are carefully dry honed and then coated with zinc phosphate. (regular zinc,  as you see on nuts and bolts won’t even stick to this 200,000 PSI+ material!). All these processes are done right here in Oregon with pride. The end result is an extremely tough, environmentally resilient, precise-fitting arbor that is quick and easy to change.  This is all part of finding and developing the best hole saws and cutting tools for you.
