Cut PVC and assemble:
Mark the centerline of bend 1, and mark the centerline of bend 2:
Read off your bend-to-bend rotation for your layout! No more scrap.
Materials: Stainless steel (raw material sourced from France or Taiwan, NOT China), Stainless and Zinc plated hardware, Made-in-USA PEM nuts and thumb screws, Mil-Spec cadmium plated high carbon steel washers.
Specifications: Minimum tube length between bends: 4.6″ to 6.0″ depending on size/radius (can be trimmed for closer bends). Bend angles from 0.0 to 105 +/- degrees. Rotation between bends 0.0 to 177.5 degrees (once you get to 180 degrees, the bends are co-planar, and you will not need to measure rotation between them).
