    UltraNotcher, the most adjustable notcher made

    Up to 3-5/8" OD tubing, over 235 degrees of angle adjustment, all zinc-plated or stainless (no raw steel).

    Runs off a 3/8" or 1/2" hand drill or a drill press.

    Quad-pivot adjustability

    Two pivot axes, each with a top and bottom pivot, for unmatched adjustability on odd-shaped material and notching on bends. The easiest system for curved gusset notches.

    Massive capacity

    Handles tubing up to 3-5/8" OD with an overall angle-adjustment range over 235 degrees. Substantially larger than the VersaNotcher.

    No raw steel

    Every component is zinc-plated or stainless, so there is nothing to rust or coat.

    Patented and USA made

    Protected by US Patent No. 11,376,677. Designed, machined, and assembled in the USA.

    Description

    The patented UltraNotcher is our latest development in tube notching systems, in a package that fits in your fabrication shop. This machine has quad-pivot technology for unparalleled adjustability when notching odd-shaped material or notching on bends (quad pivot is two pivot axes, each with top and bottom pivots). This is the easiest system to use for making curved gusset notches. With a massive capacity of 3 5/8″ OD tubing and an overall angle adjustment range of over 235 degrees… Nothing else comes close! This entire product is either zinc-plated or stainless! There is NO raw steel on it! This machine is huge compared to the VersaNotcher. The tubing in the photos is 2″ OD, and the hole saw is a 1.75″ diameter x 3″ deep saw (for scale).

      After having the opportunity to use both “Versanotcher” and the “Ultranotcher” I will say this, bite the bullet and buy the “Ultranotcher”. Not that there is anything wrong with the “Versanotcher”. It is a great product, well made and for the price point it makes excellent basic degree notches. But if you want a notcher that you will never have to upgrade from after your skill level and complexity of jobs increases, buy the “Ultranotcher”

      Amazing quality of construction. Easy to assemble and begin using right away. Cuts fantastic with Deep saws hole saws. I added a Little giant flood cooling system with a catch tray underneath witch is the perfect size for this notcher.
