Some of our benders use a 3/4 pin through the main die, while others use a 7/8 pin. You can easily measure this with calipers. All machines sold 2023 and later will use the 7/8″ pins. For a complete range of wall thickness this die can bend, please visit our Wall Thickness Chart (LINK) and you will find the capacity for stainless, carbon steel (1020/4130/etc), and aluminum. All of our dies carry a lifetime warranty against breakage and can bend 195 degrees. Standard Pressure dies cannot be used with aluminum Pressure Roller Die upgrade- Speeds up loading the machine and also reduces friction on the dies, making lubrication unnecessary and also potentially improving bend quality slightly. They are great for STEEL, ALUMINUM, and STAINLESS. They also allow you to pull bends up to 20+ degrees through them to make “S” bends and bends very close together if you’re careful. UHMW Pressure die- Ultra High Molecular Weight plastic pressure die, these are great for protecting the finish on high polished aluminum or stainless steel

    NOTE: When you order a die from Rogue Fabrication, it does not come with a clamp block and a pressure die. You can buy pressure dies (for capacity to match your 605 or 625 bender) or clamp blocks (for several reasons, see clamp block listing for details) separately, but also listed in the product above. Also, dies 1.50″ OD and under that are on a 6.0″ centerline bending radius will be limited on travel by a few degrees per stroke due to space limitations. No other dies are affected.

      Almost have a full set for nominal sizes. I’ve bent tons of hand rail on site, some roll cages and brush guards with these. Lately it’s been some small tube work for custom furniture. Running the heavy duty bender, great unit to have in the shop.

      These things are tough! Even with me screwing up- slipping clamp blocks, forgetting to wipe and lube, they hold up really well. You definitely want to use the bolt on spacers. Makes changing much easier.

      Great dies and the 180* on one die without a die reset is awesome. The new roller die compared to the old block makes all the bends much cleaner and smooth coming out of the bender.

      I'm in Canada, so shipping is usually a hassle, not so dealing with Rogue. I ordered the 1.75 die set on a Sunday, had a call from Rogue Monday to confirm the address, and had the die by Thursday. The quality is great, and more importantly, the customer service is excellent too.
