The VersaNotcher is a patent-pending tubing notcher and pipe-notching machine capable of cutting and drilling at angles up to 225°. It features quick-release cam locks for rapid, precise adjustment and requires no assembly; simply clamp it in a bench vise and you’re ready to go. The patented UltraNotcher represents our latest advancement in tube-notching systems, designed to fit seamlessly into your fabrication shop. Its quad-pivot technology (two pivot axes, each with top and bottom pivots) delivers unmatched adjustability for notching odd-shaped materials or working on bends. It’s the easiest system for creating curved gusset notches, and it accommodates tubing up to 3 5/8″ OD with an overall angle-adjustment range exceeding 235°; nothing else comes close. Every component is zinc-plated or stainless steel, so there’s no raw steel to worry about. It’s substantially larger than the VersaNotcher; for scale, the photos show 2″ OD tubing alongside a 1.75″ × 3″ hole saw.
