Got this for my harbor freight ram, it fits good overall it’s a nice little add on. Definitely beats having to grab pliers or use the 2’ handle. Anything that makes a job easier and keeps a couple tools out of the work area I’m all for. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference..

These things make it a hell of a lot easier to release the ram. I have a them on my cherry picker and pipe bender.

I bought the version to fit the Northern Tool 46200 Ram. It's machined aluminum and does NOT look like the product in the picture. The aluminum knob has very small raised areas on the knob and with the small overall diameter and the stiffness of the Northern Tool valve, I wish the knob looked like the image for ease of use. The machined knob is more convenient than using the included handle, but I think it could be improved.

We will take your comments into consideration for future product design and ergonomics, but please look at the way these knobs fit next to the super-close casting on the Strongway brand hydraulic rams. The HF knob would not fit, it would interfere with the casting. We tried. I spent this morning after your comment taking nice photos of both styles of knobs so that no customer is surprised by the design change from one manufacturer's compatibility to the next. I am deeply sorry that our product was not what you expected. I know this is just a knob, but we strive to get everything right, even these little details.

Nice piece to add to the hydraulic ram. Smaller than expected, would be nice to be a tad bigger. Still a great addition none the less

What can I say about something this simple. It makes life so much easier than having to use the handle that came with the jack and it is a well thought out and made piece.

Easy to install. Much better than using the 2' pipe that come with the ram.
