Tube and Pipe Benders

Rogue Fabrication M600 series tube bender with roll cage build

Built in Sandy, Oregon

M600 Series
Tube Benders

Three machines. One die ecosystem. Over 50 die sizes covering round tube, square tube, pipe, metric, and EMT conduit. Pick your capacity, pick your dies, and get bending.

M601 bends up to 1-3/4″ x .156″ wall. M605 goes to 2.00″ x .188″ and adds 90° in one stroke. M625 handles 2.00″ x .250″ DOM under warranty.

Start with your material spec

The M601 is the right machine if your heaviest work is 1-3/4" x .156" wall round tube or smaller. It handles roll cage and handrail work without paying for capacity you won't use. If your material requirements grow to 2" dia or 1.75" x .250" wall, a hardware upgrade kit converts the M601 to an M605. No frame swap required.

The M605 makes sense when you need to bend 2" dia tube or heavier wall material. It also adds 90-degree bends in a single ram stroke, which matters on production runs. Duraplates are available as an option if pin wear is a concern in your shop.

Going all-in? Take a hard look at the M625 first

If you are planning to run a cart and electric hydraulic power, price out the M625 before you finalize. The difference is around $500. That is a small number once you are already spending on a full setup, and it matters for one reason: you cannot convert an M605 to an M625 later without replacing the frame. Your dies, hydraulics, and cart all carry over, but most people do not want to do that swap after the fact.

The M625 bends everything the M605 bends, adds 2.00" x .250" wall DOM capacity under warranty, and ships with Duraplates standard. The frame is 66% thicker than the M601. We have video of 1-3/4" solid steel bar being bent on this machine. Combined with the mandrel attachment, it covers more material range in one machine than anything else in its class.

Every die, accessory, and power option in the M600 lineup works across all three machines. When you buy into the system, your investment carries forward.

50+ die sizes

Round, square, pipe, metric, EMT conduit. Many sizes ship as combo dies covering two diameters at one price.

Electric hydraulic power

Drop-in upgrade for all three machines. Same unit, same installation, no modification required.

Mandrel attachment

Sold separately. Fits M601, M605, and M625. Required for thin-wall bends where a standard die would collapse the tube.

Backstop assembly

Repeatable bend angles without measuring each stroke. Compatible across the entire M600 lineup.

M6xx bender cart

Built for these machines. Keeps the bender at the right working height and moves with you around the shop.

Quick prototype clamping

Multiple clamp blocks on one piece of tube. Resume bends later. Cuts layout time on complex parts.

All M600 series benders are designed and built in Sandy, Oregon. We are a machine manufacturer, not a job shop. When we run bending tests, it is to prove material capability so the machine ships ready for your application.

If you have a material spec you are not sure about, call or email before you order. We have bent a lot of unusual material on these machines and can tell you whether it will work before you spend anything.

The M600 series handles the full range of fabrication materials: mild steel, 4130 chromoly, DOM, aluminum, stainless, titanium, brass, and copper. Roll cage builders running 4130N and Docol R8 use these machines daily. The mandrel attachment opens up thin-wall stainless and titanium exhaust work that a standard die would collapse. For sanitary and industrial applications, the M600 has been used on Rathgibson 316L and Sandvik 2507 duplex stainless -- materials that demand consistent, repeatable bends without work-hardening surprises.

Complete chassis work for NHRA, SCCA, NASA, SFI, SCORE, Formula D, and FIA sanctioned builds have been done on these machines. If your application has a material spec or a sanctioning body requirement, call before you order. We can tell you whether it bends and what die setup gets you there.
